When I wrote MANUP!, there was clearly a target audience in mind. I had been drawn into ministry to men and the book was written to target men. I’ve since found out that many women found MANUP helpful as well although the style and approach was intended to engage men.
STEPUP! is different. STEPUP is intended for anyone that is interested in learning more about spiritual parenthood and discipleship. These two topics are getting a lot of airtime in many venues. The issue is that in a lot of cases the language used to describe discipleship doesn’t really resonate with the average person in the pew. The language used in STEPUP is Biblical and personal. It resonates with anyone, because it is the common language of family life.
STEPUP is written for men and women, Catholic and Orthodox, Protestant and Non-Denominational. In fact, I believe anyone seeking a deeper understanding of God and our relationship with others can benefit from STEPUP.
The book is available on Kindle now and hardcopies should be available in the next week or two! I look forward to sharing more and hearing your feedback!
